The coil of an electromagnetic heater has a significant impact on its operation, but some customers do not understand the winding method of the coil, do not wind the coil according to technical parameters, and wind it according to their own preferences during installation, resulting in various malfunctions during use. So, how is the coil of the electromagnetic induction heater wound?
1. Circular winding method: When the material barrel is in a tube or cylindrical shape, the circular winding method is generally used. By roughly estimating the thickness of the insulation cotton and the length of the coil, the clean material barrel is first wrapped with insulation cotton, and then wrapped with the coil.
2. Winding method: Generally, it is a horizontal cylindrical heating or drying equipment. To prevent dry burning of the top material cylinder, customized specific wire coils are used. Then, by winding the wire reel, the customized bracket is used to fix it under the material barrel, which can save some energy waste and prevent dry burning of the material barrel.
3. Customized wire reel winding: Customized wire reels are made according to different needs, and can be wound according to different needs, such as circular cake winding, to meet specific needs.
Note: As the coil is close to the heated body, it is recommended that users use temperature resistant and high-temperature wire for winding. The material used should be fire-resistant and flame-retardant, and the distance between the coil and the heated body should be considered.
